Stock Availability & Order Acceptance
As a small company we only produce small quantities and so stock will be limited. Stock is allocated on a first come basis at the point you pay at checkout. The site will allocate the stock as orders are placed and the stock will decrement accordingly; the product will show as “Out of stock” when it has been sold.
We try very hard to keep the stock information accurate and we will contact you if we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it prior to despatch by contacting customerservices@redrobot.co.uk.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
- Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions.
Prices
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT, if applicable. You may pay for your goods in either Sterling or Euros through our card processor Worldpay, however, the exchange rate applied will be the rate offered by Worldpay at the time of the transcation. Please note your card provider may apply additional charges.
Deliveries
We will try to despatch your order either on the day it is received or on the next day, we despatch Monday – Friday. Orders greater than £75 can only be delivered to the address registered with the credit / debit card used for that transaction, unless prior agreement has been given by customerservices@redrobot.co.uk Tel. 0845 459 0195.
Post & Packaging
All UK and Ireland deliveries are Free. All UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail and will take 2 – 5 working days, however, we cannot guarantee the delivery date.
We offer two postal options for overseas deliveries:
Slower but cheaper - up to 14 days delivery:
Europe (EU) - £4.50
Rest of the Planet - £7.50
Faster but not as cheap - delivered within 5 working days:
Europe (EU) - £30
Rest of the Planet - £50
Returns & Refunds
We hope that you enjoy our products, however, if you ever need to return them we will try to make this process as easy as possible. You have 21 days from the date of receipt in which to return products to Red Robot.
Please take care when trying on clothing you purchase from Red Robot, if clothing is returned in an unsatisfactory state we may not be able to accept your return. All returns will be at your expense.
Please log on to your Red Robot account on the site, click “Orders” and request a return for the relevant purchase. We will then authorise the return and issue you with a Return number. Please do not return your goods until you have been issued with the Return number as this may slow down your refund.
Please print a copy of the authorisation and return it with the goods. Please return the goods by registered mail or ensure you retain your receipt of posting which needs to detail our postcode, just in case. You can obtain a receipt of posting from the Post Office when you return the goods. We will refund your card within 30 days of acceptance of the return.
If Red Robot have made a mistake or sent faulty items you may return the goods, as above, stating whether you would like an exchange or a refund. We will issue an exchange or refund on the acceptance of the return. We will refund the cost of sending the goods back to Red Robot, if the error is on our part.
In addition to these policies above, you have the right to return goods under the Distance Selling Regulations for a period of seven days after the day of receipt for a refund; goods must be returned in their orginal condition and postal costs are at your expense. Refunds will be processed no later than 30 days from acceptance of the return.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are issued by Red Robot and may only be redeemed at our Website,

, towards the purchase of products listed in Red Robot.co.uk's online catalogue sold by Red Robot Clothing. Discount Offers cannot be used to purchase Gift Certificates.
Gift certificates cannot be used to pay for Red Robot gift certificates. Gift certificates have a cash redemption value of 0.001p and are not transferable or assignable. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account. Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue.
Red Robot may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and as is necessary by law. These terms and conditions are subject to and governed by the laws of England.

Please click the "Apply Coupon" button when you have entered your code. Discount Offers cannot be used in the purchase of Gift Certificates.

1) Discounts valid at www.redrobot.co.uk for redemption against Red Robot branded products only.
2) Discount code may only be redeemed against product type stated on the discount code.
3) Only one discount code may be used per transaction.
4) Discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, coupon or discount.
5) Each discount code can only be used once per customer.
6) Discount codes are not redeemable for cash.
7) Discounts are only valid on order values greater that the discount value stated in the discount code
8) Red Robot reserves the right to end any promotion at any time including prior to the advertised end date without notice.
